I was going to send another patch, then while launchpad was being
dysfunctional, remembered this. Just FYI, I posted
https://lists.zx2c4.com/pipermail/wireguard/2020-March/005225.html so
that you don't need to ship a v0.0.y version with 20.04, which might
elicits hoots and hollers.
