[Impact]
The Exar USB serial driver updates are causing issues on platforms other
than Dell Edge Gateways.

[Fixes]
Since we're going to support the target platform with another
derivative, these commits can be safely removed.

[Regression Potential]
Low. We're going back to the driver before these updates applied.
