With latest kernel-5.4.0-12-generic a ppc64el system is swamped with "debugfs: Directory 'imc' with parent 'powerpc' already present!" messages.
This is due to the re-registration of imc debugfs directory.
Two commits are needed to fix this situation, one is already in focal, the second one is addressed here.
