UNAPPLIED[E/D/B]: [PATCH][F 0/1][E/D/B 0/5] Reapply RAID0 layout support

We are dropping those patches for the current cycle for bionic/linux,
disco/linux and eoan/linux. We will re-evaluate their inclusion again
later.
