RT preempt update

Hi, I am Dongjune, a student working on some robotics projects using the
Raspberry Pi4.

What I just try to do is :

1) [Already got success!] Update Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS (GNU/Linux
5.4.0-1015-raspi aarch64)
I downloaded it from the official Raspberry PI site.

2) Apply to patch Preempt Real-time (RT) kernel
base on this:
https://chenna.me/blog/2020/02/23/how-to-setup-preempt-rt-on-ubuntu-18-04/

but since the RP4 is a little bit different from pure 18.04,

make -j8 deb-pkg  sudo dpkg -i
../linux-headers-5.4.19-rt11_5.4.19-rt11-1_arm64.deb
../linux-image-5.4.19-rt11_5.4.19-rt11-1_arm64.deb
../linux-libc-dev_5.4.19-rt11-1_arm64.deb

Even though I got success in making deb-pkg (first line), but RPI4's RT
kernel is not perfectly updated (these deb files are generated and
installed).
Could you give me any advice about my troubleshooting?
