APPLIED(B,F)/cmt: [SRU][B][F][PATCH 0/1] zfcp: Fix panic on ERP timeout for previously dismissed ERP (LP: 1887774)

As Kelsey mentioned, these patches came in by way of linux-stable. They are now available in B and F.
