[Impact]
Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650i/s always get firmware crash at probing,
therefore Wi-Fi will not be available on such platforms.

[Test Case]
Use `dmesg | grep iwlwifi` to check if following error messages still
appear and use `ip link` to find if wireless interface is probed:

  iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Failed to start RT ucode: -110
  iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Firmware not running - cannot dump error
  iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Failed to run INIT ucode: -110

[Regression Potential]
Low. This affects only 1650 models.
