Hi Juraj,
This fix is included in the Xenial 16.04 kernel that is currently in
-proposed. If you have a machine you're able to test with, you can
enable the -proposed repository[1] and install that kernel. If you test
the kernel in -proposed and find that it doesn't fix the regression
you're experiencing, then please file a launchpad bug (either by
visiting the Linux package on bugs.launchpad.net or with `ubuntu-bug
linux`).
Otherwise, barring any unusual circumstances, the kernel containing this
fix should release on 11 November[2].
