The kernels produced by the following upcoming cycle will be used for

Please submit any fixes needed for the point release image to
the mailing list by 06-Nov.

Please note that for the point release we are going to roll the
bionic/linux-hwe kernel to 5.3.0, therefore changes needed
for this kernel need to be submitted to eoan/linux.
