This warning happens because the upstream driver maintainers added a
statement indicating that the amdgpu driver requires this firmware but
have not supplied this firmware to upstream linux-firmware. I just
checked and the firmware is still not available.

If everything is working fine then the warning can be safely ignored,
and we could make it so that the warning is no longer printed. I suspect
that the issue resuming from suspend is not related to the missing
firmware, but I cannot be certain.
