[SRU][B/OEM-B][PATCH 2/2] ALSA: hda/realtek - Fixup headphone noise via runtime suspend

Dell platform with ALC298.
system enter to runtime suspend. Headphone had noise.
Let Headset Mic not shutup will solve this issue.
