CORRECTION: 
 I got conflicts when trying to apply the patches for:
  - bionic-signed/hwe-edge
  - cosmic-signed
  - xenial-signed

There was no conflict with xenial-signed/hwe-edge - just the permission error when attempting to push the changes.
