Reminder -- Disco kernel freeze is Apr 4

The kernel freeze for Ubuntu 19.04 is coming up in one week. Any changes
required in the Disco kernel at release need to be submitted to the
mailing list by Apr 4. After this date all changes will be subject to
SRU policy and are likely to be deferred to a post-release update.
