License file produce or not?

Sorry for the slow response. I'm not sure I understand what you are
asking. Are you redistributing the files from our linux-firmware package
yourself? If that's the case, I'm not qualified say whether you are
legally required to distribute the licenses too, but I will point out
that at least some of the firmware licenses explicitly state that a
copyright notice accompany it.
