These patches don't have anything to do with dkms builds:

  UBUNTU: [Packaging] remove handoff check for uefi signing
  UBUNTU: [Packaging] decompress gzipped efi images in signing tarball

They are for supporting signed arm64 kernels for UEFI secure boot. It
looks like I must have used the wrong bug number when applying those
patches, sorry about that. They should be dropped from the series.

Additionally I sent a patch for disco yesterday that I think should be
