Marvell sky2 ethernet stops working after S3.

[Fix]
Use INTx instead of MSI.

[Test]
Affected users confirmed sky2 works after S3 once the patch is applied.

[Regression Potential]
Low. The fix is in both upstream and Disco for a while.
