[D/E][PATCH 0/1] LP#1829563 bcache: pending patch for Disco/Eoan

The pending patch from the Bionic series:
"[B][PATCH 00/11] LP#1829563 bcache: risk of data loss on I/O errors
in backing or caching devices".

Patch 1 is a recent revert of one patch intentionally omitted in the
series for Bionic, and applied in Cosmic.

It's accepted in maintainer tree/linux-next and should make linux v5.3
which is expected to open for merges relatively soon.

SRU template for the larger/Bionic series in LP bug description.
Specific test for this commit are in LP bug comment #21.
