[C][PATCH 0/2] LP#1829563 bcache: pending patches for Cosmic

The pending patch(es) from the Bionic series:
"[B][PATCH 00/11] LP#1829563 bcache: risk of data loss on I/O errors
in backing or caching devices".

Patch 1 is the pending patch from that series (applied in v4.20).
Patch 2 is a recent revert of one patch intentionally omitted in the
series for Bionic.

Specific tests for these commits are in LP bug comments #18 and #19.
