APPLIED(D,E)/cmt: [SRU] [D/E/Unstable] [PATCH 0/1] Fix Raydium touchscreen on ThinkPad L390

Patch didn't apply cleanly to i2c-hid-core.c - but it was easy enough to resolve.
The bug wasn't targeted to any series. Added D and E as bug targets.
