[PATCH 0/1][SRU][B] Test 391/u and 391/p from ubuntu_bpf failed on B (LP: #1841704)

This sauce patch fixes test failures caused by dropped selftests changes
in an upstream linux-stable backport. The commit message should stand
for itself as far as explaining the situation.

The patch changes are in line with what the affected tests currently
look like in Linus' tree. The Bionic bpf selftests all pass with this
patch applied.
