[SRU][B][PATCH 0/3] Additional patches for snapdragon split

These are some additional patches for the linux/master-next and
linux-meta/master branches for the split of the snapdragon packages.

The patch "UBUNTU: [Config] config changes for snapdragon split" was
based on the config changes sent by Paolo as part of the pull-request
applied to the snapdragon branch after running 'updateconfigs'.

The patch titled "UBUNTU: packaging: arm64: disable building the
snapdragon flavour" which was already sent to the mailing list also
needs to be applied for the full split.
