[Xenial SRU] Xenial update to 4.4.149 stable release

All patches but "tcp: Fix missing range_truesize enlargement in
the backport" applied cleanly. And the one patch only failed
because we had a differently wrong backport of the original
"tcp: detect malicious patterns in tcp_collapse_ofo_queue()".
So I modified the fixup to correct both parts.
