yes, it seems it's the same as:

git://kernel.ubuntu.com/kernel-ppa/mirror/ubuntu-cosmic.git

so I'm continuing to use this, seemed just a bit strange that the
official documented location does not hosts it, whereas it hosted
all previous releases. But probably there's nothing behind that,
maybe just forgotten to setup the additional mirror.
