[Bionic SRU][Patch 0/1] ipmi: Remove ACPI SPMI probing from the SSIF (I2C) driver

Please consider this patch to fix ipmi_ssif to prevent ACPI SPMI probing
from the SSIF driver. 

This patch fixes the following bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1799276

The patch was tested by me on a Cavium ThunderX2 system with patches
applied to the latest bionic kernel and found to work. Please refer to
the bug report for detailed testing information.
