[Impact]
Cirque Touchpad works but its pointstick doesn't work.

[Test]
With the fix the pointstick starts working.

[Fix]
Need to use MT_CLS_WIN_8_DUAL to let PTP driver use pointstick as a
mouse.

[Regression Potential]
None. This is a new device and the fix is limited to this particular
device.
