[Impact]
Raydium touchscreens don't work on LPM capable platforms.

[Test]
Raydium touchscreens start to work with the patch.

[Fix]
Disable LPM for Raydium touchscreens.

[Regression Potential]
Low. Limits to specific Raydium touchscreens. Also, USB runtime PM
(SeletiveSuspend) still works, so disabling LPM doesn't really increase
power consumption.
