This is a pull request for the update of Xenial to upstream stable release 4.4.131.

Skipped the following commits:
   * ALSA: hda: Hardening for potential Spectre v1
   * ALSA: seq: oss: Hardening for potential Spectre v1
   * ALSA: control: Hardening for potential Spectre v1
   * ALSA: rme9652: Hardening for potential Spectre v1
   * ALSA: hdspm: Hardening for potential Spectre v1
   * ALSA: asihpi: Hardening for potential Spectre v1
   * ALSA: opl3: Hardening for potential Spectre v1

These depend on upstream's version of spectre v1 which we haven't pulled in with the update to 4.4.118.

Some patches required trivial context adjustments.
Compile-tested all supported architecture.
