[patch][bionic][arm64] d-i: add hisi_sas_v3_hw to scsi-modules

Please consider this patch to d-i modules to add hisi_sas_v3_hw to 
scsi-modules so that the installer can detect the sas drive during install.

This was tested by me and I was able to install the Hisilicon D06 ARM64 
reference board with bionic.
