[SRU][Artful][linux-oem][PATCH] external mic not work on Dell OptiPlex 7460 AIO

We have a OEM bug #1727951, in this bug, The Dell OptiPlex 7460 AIO can't
detect external mic and can't record sound via external mic. After applying
the fixup of ALC274_FIXUP_DELL_AIO_LINEOUT_VERB, the problem can be fixed.

And oem project is waiting for this patch to be merged into linux-oem asap.

The patch is only for artful/oem-kernel since the oem project is waiting
for this patch. Bionic kernel is a stable kernel in mainline, and this patch
is also sent to stable mailist, so it will be merged to bionic kernel
sooner or later.

[Test Case]
plug the headset and record the sound on this machine, we can see the
external mic in the sound-setting and can record sound through this mic.

[Fix]
one commit from mainline kernel.

[Regression Potential]
very low, since this patch only applies to specific Dell machines which have
subsystem id: 1028084b and 1028084e.
