Cherry-pick request for patch attached to lp#1745130: Support rfkill-any led trigger for Fujitsu u727

Hi everyone,

please consider cherry-picking the patch attached to lp#1745130 for the
Xenial 4.4 kernel package. We're (Munich) using Xenial HWE on Trusty FWIW.

It's a (fresh - so much about "Patch is created and thoroughly tested.")
