[SRU] [X/A/B] [PATCH 0/1] Fix Packet Corruption for Ethernet on Dell TB Dock

[Impact]
Realtek 8153 ethernet in Dell TB dock corrupts packets.

[Fix]
Currently we concluded that the xHC on Dell TB dock doesn't have enough
buffer. Right now we workaround the issue by turning RX aggregation off
on Realtek 8152. The real fix will come from ASMedia eventually.

[Test Case]
Use Gigabits ethernet with RX csum offloading. Users confirmed issue is
gone now.

[Regression Potential]
Low. Confirmed with Dell and Realtek the bcdDevice and iSerialNumber is
unique to Dell TB16.
