Applied to xenial/master-next-backlog. One note (you might know by now):

There was one patch you mentioned to have failed to apply with git am and you
applied by hand. That one patch had the subject and author messed up. The way to
do those is to start with "git am". Once that fails a copy of the patch is also
under .git/rebase-apply/patch. The simple case (as it was this time) is having
fuzz (means there is one or two lines of context at either start of a hunk or
its end are not as in the patch. In that case using patch will apply things, but
you should check whether changes were made to the right function or at least a
function that looks like it does the same than the one that was changed in the
patch.
If there were failed hunks, you have to identify them in the patch and apply
manually (editor of choice).
Once all hunks have been either applied or deliberately ignored. git a "git add"
for all files that have been modified and finally finish by "git am --resolved".
That way you can be sure to preserve the commit message as it was (including
author, date, ...)

I fixed up "igb: close/suspend race in netif_device_detach" for you when I
applied the set.
