kernel 4.4.0 to 4.14.0 support on 16.0.4 ubuntu

hi team,
System is installed with 16.04 ubuntu.

for the project we need to have  kernel version 4.14.0.  do we have the iso or installation source?
where can i get the source which is bundled? Please help in procedure to follow.

Can you please provide the above combination?

When can I expect the solution if the bundle is provided?
