[PATCH 0/1][SRU Xenial][linux-firmware] Add QLogic QED firmware to nic-firmware.lst

We're looking to certify a server with this NIC with 16.04.4. Would it be
possible to get this into the SRU queue in time for the d-i respin? I'd
be happy to do the uploads myself if you prefer.
