[PATCH 0/1][SRU Artful][linux-firmware] Add QLogic QED firmware to nic-firmware.lst

My plan is to SRU this back to xenial, so I'm also submitting for artful.
While I know of no plans to respin artful installers (again), it would be
nice to have this in place just-in-case to avoid a regression from xenial
if a respin does happen.
