The way you submitted this, it looks to be intended for Cosmic/Unstable, even
the bug report does not have the Bionic task added which I take from the last
sentence of the Fix section is where this actually should go.
But its hard to notice and this is why nobody has looked at the patch and you
have not inquired either. Please re-submit again (with proper [SRU Bionic] in
the subject and at least a nomination for bionic added to the bug report) for
the next SRU cycle.
