== SRU Justification ==
This bug causes an IO Hang on some namespaces when running HTX with 16 
namespaces (Bolt / NVMe).  Commit ff6781fd1 is a fix for commit 1d607bb3bd60. 

Commit ff6781fd1 is in mainline as of v4.16 final.  It has also been cc'd to 
upstream stable, but has not landed in v4.15.y as of yet.
