I'm rejecting this patch set as the commit 36ae3c0 was reported that it will
broke compilation on !CONFIG_HAVE_KVM_IRQ_ROUTING and got reverted in 95e2a3b
upstream.

>From my point of view, this CVE can be fixed with just the first patch (3a8b06),
as stated in commit 95e2a3b, the second patch is just an indicator to userspace.
(In this case, we will need to update our tracker as well.)

BTW, it's also marked as needed for Artful.
