[Impact]
Corsair Strafe RGB may not work after first probing.
Most of time you need to plug it multiple time to let the system probes
the keyboard successfully.

[Test Case]
Boot the system. The keyboard does not work on most of the time.

[Regression Potential] 
Low. This patch adds a quirk to one specific device, hence it won't
affect other devices.
