[Xenial SRU] Xenial update to 4.4.93 stable release

Manually applied "CIFS: Reconnect expired SMB sessions" ignoring some
fuzz and reverting the implementation of smb2_is_session_expired() to
its original 4.13 form as we carry related backports for bug #1670508
"CIFS: Enable encryption for SMB3".

Replace "UBUNTU: SAUCE: USB: serial: qcserial: add Dell DW5818, DW5819"
with the upstream stable version.
