Hi I am trying to get this sources by command on ubuntu 16.04 LTS

sudo apt-get source linux-image-4.10.0-38-generic

and I keep on getting

Reading package lists... Done
E: You must put some 'source' URIs in your sources.list

Please advise, what URI should I add? I already have "deb
http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial-security main restricted" in
sources.list (see below)
