Patch 2 is already in 4.11, so it wasn't needed for artful/unstable. I
made a few changes to patch 1 - move the sign-off from the subject to
its proper location, remove enforcement for this option, and update the
note to only be a reference to the new bug. Assuming those changes are
made for zesty:
