This request is to enable Matrox driver and include the enablement 
patch(Commit f0493e653f9679114d1dfd54ab88b54ce95576e1) in the 4.10 kernel 
for Ubuntu 16.04.3.

Commit f0493e653f9679114d1dfd54ab88b54ce95576e1 landed in mainline
as of 4.11-rc1.

This patch and config were tested on HPE platforms after the modification.

== Regression Potential ==
This patch and config  tested on HPE platform for both HPE gen8 and Gen10 
platforms.  The regression seen with CONFIG_DRM_MGAG200 back in the Quantal
days no longer exists and the parameter is not marked expiermental anymore.

Comment #3 in bug report has testing results.

== Test Case ==
A test kernel was built with these patches and tested by the original bug reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
