== SRU Justification ==
The 4.8 Yakkety kernel does not create symlinks/sys/block/*/device/enclosure_device:*. 
This bug was introduced in v4.8-rc6 by commit 835831c57e9b.  It has since 
been resolved by commit 9373eba6cfae48911b977d14323032cd5d161aae.

Commit 9373eba6cfae4 was added to mainline in 4.10-rc5.
