Impact:
Some new Dell laptops do not load dell-laptop module, becasue they use different DMI chassis type.

Fix:
Add new chassis type to the matching table.

Test:
With this commit, Dell Precision 3520 can load dell-laptop and corretly export sysfs "/sys/devices/platform/dell-laptop/leds/dell::kbd_backlight".
