We are building empty linux-*-source-* packages for linux-aws and linux-gke. We intended to disable these because they have no use and are large. Stop building the packages for those. Also linux-azure is producing a full linux-*-source-* package, remove it. Patches follow. Proposing for SRU to xenial. -apw
