[PATCH] [Xenial, Yakkety and Zesty] [SRU] [Config] CONFIG_CPU_SW_DOMAIN_PAN, HARDENED_USERCOPY and SLAB_FREELIST_RANDOM

Over time the config of the raspi2 branch diverged from the generic armhf
branch, in particular some of the security feature that were turned on in
-generic went completely missing for -raspi2 - close this gap by syncing
these options with regard to -generic.

Tested on my raspi2 and raspi3 - there's a config patch per release
attached, check the subject line when applying.
