[Precise/lts-backport-trusty][PATCH 0/1] update-from-*-master -- add parameter to change source branch

Hi,

I've written a patch for each of the backport branches to change the
'update-from-*-master' scripts to accept a '-b' flag which will
override the default 'master-next' branch and allow a rebase on
top of any commit, even on top of an unclosed version.

I'm seding only one patch for now for discussion, if it gets the ACK's
I will send the other ones later (Trusty/lts-backport-xenial, Xenial/hwe
and Xenial/hwe-edge).
