Mainline kernels and CONFIG_LATENCYTOP

Dear kernel team,

I noticed that CONFIG_LATENCYTOP has been enabled in Ubuntu zesty kernels, which is a nice addition.

However, it is not enabled for mainline kernels:

$ grep LATENCYTOP /boot/config-4.10.*
/boot/config-4.10.0-13-generic:# CONFIG_LATENCYTOP is not set
/boot/config-4.10.0-13-lowlatency:CONFIG_LATENCYTOP=y
/boot/config-4.10.2-041002-lowlatency:# CONFIG_LATENCYTOP is not set

Could somebody please enable it?
