Wow, that's quite a pile. I'm taking it on faith that the list of
patches we were given is reasonable, and so I really just reviewed that
(1) all the requested patches were included, (2) all backports look
correct, and (3) any changes to generic code don't look harmful.
The only thing I found was a couple of extra commits:
0120a9b77345 mm: update mmu_gather range correctly
1be08f2fb5f9 mm/hugetlb: add tlb_remove_hugetlb_entry for handling hugetlb pages
These look to be added to avoid conflicts in later patches, and both
look harmless (but perhaps unnecessary aside from avoiding the need to
backport).
